Gluten-free rum & raisin chocolate brownies satisfyingly dense and fudgy brownies. this dairy-free, gluten-free and paleo recipe is made with dark chocolate, ground almonds, honey and coconut oil.. Ive just made the cake part of this recipe and wondering about the baking powder part as i didnt see instructions for that. also there was no pouring into the cake tin as it was like a scone mixture so i dropped it in and pressed it down.. I did double the recipe so we’d have left overs (which were still great the next two days) and used fresh cherries, vanilla, melted butter, and a handful of chopped pecans on top to remind me of my grandma’s dump cake..
