Need to add `kitchen-vagrant` to local dependency because using the gemfile hides the chefdk installation of `kitchen-vagrant`. kitchen-docker still fails due to systemd which is not available in the docker image. see chef-cookbooks/cron#79 ``` * service[nginx] action start.

How to add a cron job entry using chef recipe. chef includes a resource for setting up cron jobs called logrotate and there is a chef cookbook for that:.
